With big blue eyes and a bright red balloon, you could say they had me at hello. I think their warm personalities and fun-loving spirits show through these images. And, above all, their true love for one another. We started the session in downtown Gainesville, Florida by the Hippodrome wandered to campus for a few shots and then headed to a big grassy field for a lovely natural vibe. And in her strapless yellow dress in 30-degree weather, Erin was indeed a rockstar.

And you know how I feel about mustaches. This girl came prepared with her own; a girl after my own heart.
The result? Adorable.

My favorite of the day.

Nothing beats real, genuine laughter.

ETC - I abolutely love the peeking-over-the-coat photo. Mysterious connections!January 1, 2010 – 12:21 AM

…the day only got more gorgeous as it proceeded. Despite being a bit chilly, Kanapaha Gardens was lovely and their ceremony – as you will see for yourself – was equally as beautiful.

As a wedding present, he gave her a beautiful necklace of an oak tree to symbolize the big oak they got married underneath.
I think she liked it…

The reception was gorgeous, at the groom’s mother’s house. Decked out in twinkle lights, candles, and lanterns. There was no dancing, no cake cutting. It was just a fabulous dinner party among friends celebrating a most momentous occasion.

And, my very favorite, the rings symbolizing the commitment they made to one another.
The first balanced among their favorite beer bottles.
In the second nestled together in decor of a small bird’s nest with eggs.
Gorgeous, no?

Laura and Michael’s wedding was, quite literally, a dream to shoot. Not only was Laura one of the most beautiful brides I’ve ever seen she has big dimples and one of those infectious smiles. Their love, for both each other and their families, was quite touching. And, I thought to myself over and over again how lucky I was to not only be there but be there documenting it. I felt honored to be a part.

This is Michael upon opening Laura’s wedding-day present to him. Pretty adorable, no? I think he was in shock.

…then we headed back on over to the girls to get the “getting in the dress” shots…

And then… onto their beautiful garden ceremony!
