It always honors me when anyone chooses me to capture such a special day in their lives but I think even more so when it is “site unseen.” Kristine & Rob were planning their wedding from Chicago, so they were booking a lot of things – most things – from afar. Of course, I wasn’t particularly shocked that upon finally meeting Kristine for the first time I knew we’d get along quite well. 😉 And so, some few months later, on a lovely June afternoon, Kristine and Rob wed at the gorgeous Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The golf club grounds were gorgeous, and their formal black & white details really complimented the venue perfectly. And, of course, Kristine & Rob couldn’t be more adorable together. Enjoy! xo.
And then a few with the boys…
…and then it was to the Aronimink for the rest of the girl’s preparations!
Her dress was a Vera Wang and I was in loooooove.
And then it was time for the FIRST LOOK. Always one of my favorite moments of the day.
And then… ceremony time!
In lieu of a guestbook, they had a quilt for guests to leave their “warm wishes.”
It was the first time I’ve seen this and I love this idea, especially for these Chicago-ians. 😉
