In the meantime, enjoy tip #2 and this HILARIOUS picture of me shooting from a wedding last Fall. Apparently sitting on an invisible chair (don’t ask me why I’m standing this...  It was one chilly, winter afternoon. With the breeze blowing outside, rattling the branches against the windowpanes, we sat inside with our laptops warming our legs. What? Too dramatic? Ok, yea, well maybe. Fact is, if I explain it simply it doesn’t sound all that exciting. Remember how I mentioned that conversation where Tina, April,...  My good friends (and very talented photographers), Tina, April, and I were chatting last month about ways to grow our blogs. Things we wanted to do with the future of our careers and whatnot, and we realized we shared a mutual desire to help other people who want to be photographers. Not in a train-your-own-competitors...  When I was younger, I was always the first to know things. I am not really sure how – or why – this was a fascination of mine, but I know that when I wasn’t the first to know, I immediately felt left out (sensitive, much?). I blame the fact that I’m a Cancer. And...  When I was a kid, I used to sit down at the end of the year every year. In my childish script I would fill up a whole piece of notebook paper with my resolutions for the upcoming months, making sure to circle-dot my i’s and curly-q my y’s just so. I wouldn’t say it... |
