I was going to call this post something like “Mindy & Mark: Steamy in the Kitchen” or “Mindy & Mark Heat Up the Stove” but, well, I think even those suggestively dorky post titles are a bit out of my league. Which is really saying something, since, you know, I am a big fan of my ridiculous post titles and all.
So, moving on. Do you remember Mindy & Mark? Oh yes, you do. They were the two that I explained had the sweetest relationship ever. The two that went out and frolicked in the prettiest field of all time. The two that are so cute together I always leave them with a grin on my face. Well, after shooting their field session, we got to talking and they had mentioned how much they love cooking. And how they love cooking together. Oh yeah, and how THEY MAKE PASTA FROM SCRATCH. My poor little non-homemaker heart melted. Honestly, I can’t warm bread without burning it. My idea of dinner on nights where I’m fending for myself is a bowl of cereal and a Diet Coke. Sad, I tell ya.
So after all this talking we pretty much had made up our minds…. they needed a kitchen session. And, on one chilly Fall afternoon, I headed over to their place to capture more of their adorableness. And, Mindy & Mark being the incredible clients that they are, insisted that I stay afterward and eat the dinner I just shot them making. That heart of mine? Oh yeah, it melted.
And, since Mindy & Mark are getting married tomorrow, it seemed high time I get these up here and share with you all… before I’m sneak peeking their wedding! Enjoy.

And, my absolute favorite… a little Lady and the Tramp style. Because that’s just how we do.

Congratulations, Mindy and Mark! I can’t wait for your wedding tomorrow and have felt flattered all along to be a part of such a special time in your lives. I’m honored to call you not just my clients, but my friends.

Also, on an unrelated note, I just found out that Brittany & Shawn’s engagement session was featured over on MasterPiece Weddings yesterday! Go check it out and leave some love.
